In a former life, 20 North Bridge was the home of the Advertising & Notices Dept. of the famous Scotsman Newspaper- the bustling, beating heart of the publication. Over 50 years later, we have started a new story in this space, with the Grand Café.
The Café offer evolves throughout the day, from a bustling brunch service which runs until 11.30am, with some of our favourite dishes available all the way through until 9pm, with smart cocktails and atmospheric dining until late.
Inspired by the ‘Grand Cafes’ of Europe, the new North Bridge venue promises a welcoming, relaxed drinking and dining experience to suit all tastes and occasions, juxtaposing a menu of modern food and drink with the authentic charm of its interior which dates back to 1905.
The kitchen team have produced a seasonal menu packed with the very best produce Scotland has to offer. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and welcoming, with a range of weekly and monthly food, drink and entertainment events on offer.
